How can I book an appointment?

Do you offer any discounts to concessions?
Yes, we offer discounts to concessions on Monday & Tuesday.
Students are entitled to weave installation and styling for £35. Hair is not included. (R.C Hair extensions can be provided at an additional cost). Please note, this discount requires a dated form of proof (student ID/letter of enrolment).
OAPs are entitled to 20% off when they spend over £50.
Loyal customers are entitled to £40 braids.
I forgot to add a discount code at the checkout; can I still receive my discount?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we are unable to apply the discount code. However, we can apply the discount to your next purchase with us.
I've returned my item, when will I receive my refund?
Once we have confirmed that we received your order, please allow 5-10 working days for your refund to be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This usually takes 5 working days, however, this is dependent on your payment method issuer.
I've booked my appointment and would like to order some of the R.C Hair extensions to use on the day, what should I do?
Thank you for booking your appointment with us. You can order your hair extensions via our online shop by clicking here. We also have the products available within our salon. Give us a call on 0208 461 3044 to discuss what products you would like to use and we can reserve the products for you ahead of your appointment.
My order never arrived, what do I do?
We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order. Please contact us with your order number and your full name so that we can resolve this for you.
My order arrived incomplete or damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that your order did not meet your expectations. Please email email@example.com at your earliest convenience with images of your order and we can resolve this for you.
I've entered the wrong delivery information, can I change this?
We can only amend your delivery information within the 24 hours after your order has been placed. Please contact us at your earliest convenience so that we can amend this for you. After this period has passed, we are unable to make any amendments to this information.
I've just ordered my products, when will I receive them?
Thank you for your order! Our current delivery time is 3-5 working days. In the event you have not received your order within the timeframe, please contact us detailing your order number and your full name and we will look into this further for you.
